Application Process

To be considered for the Government of Canada International Scholarships at University of Alberta, applicants must meet the following: An undergraduate applicant applying for a research-based experience is to provide a written institutional collaboration. Student exchange agreement or a Letter of Invitation from the University of Alberta professor who has agreed to supervise you. For graduate applicants, an inter-institutional agreement is required but not mandatory. Student applicants must be apply full-time in their Choosing degree program at the time of applying. Must be proficient in the language of instruction at the Canadian university e.g  English or French language, before their arrival in Canada, as the scholarships does not cover language training.
